Apo Whang Od is a legendary ancestral figure in the indigenous tattooing in the Philippines. These sacred markings are symbols our ancestors uses in to identify us as we don't carry gold and material clothing into the afterlife. During this era of uncertainty we could always look to the elders for answers as they have been the protectors and cultivators of the land.
