Thank You is inspired by the familiar pink “Thank You” bag, an everyday object Rosy came to see as a symbol of the working-class stores and markets where she often encountered it. After keeping the image pinned to her studio wall for years, she realized it did not need a more elaborate composition.

The piece is a reflection on gratitude and the beauty found in things that are simple, familiar, and often overlooked.
